Mister Rogers brings some pictures of himself drawn by children. King Friday sends a royal servant to delivers a letter to Mister Rogers. He writes that he wants nothing to happen in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe without his permission while he is away. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, X and Reardon are worried about having the opera without telling the king. They call him and get his permission. In the opera, Lady Elaine owns a campsite. Ben Franklin wants to rent a tent. Lady Aberlin, as the photographer, arrives with her covered wagon to spend the night at the castle campsite. The photographer and the hobbyhorse express man meet and decide to marry. The covered wagon goes off with Ben Franklin. After the opera, Lady Elaine delays dismantling the campsite.
